Converge was birthed out of 12 consultations held all over the world between 2012 and 2014. Around 200 strategic leaders from 60 nations helped shape the movement.
Converge was formally launched at a global consultation held in Antalya Turkey in 2014, where leaders gathered from all over the world to review global youth ministry and respond through strategic collaboration. Further “State of Global Youth Ministry” reviews have been held in Rome, Orlando and Goa.
The fruit of these global consultations have been regional, national, state and even city reviews of youth ministry resulting in innovative and strategic grassroots collaboration which has galvanised our vision, gifting and resources to reach and disciple many more young people for Christ.
